- If Cancellation notice is received received between 60-46 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the Total (taken at the time of booking) will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
- If Cancellation notice is received between 45-31 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Total (taken at the time of booking) will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
- If Cancellation notice is received within 30 days (0-30) of the check-in date, the full booking amount of rent and taxes will be forfeited.
- The Security Deposit and any pre-collected cleaning fees will be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days from receipt of written cancellation to the payment method used in the initial deposit. Credit card fees and Accidental Damage Protection fee are non-refundable
State of Hawai’i Safe Travels Hawai’i Program
The State of Hawai‘i Safe Travels Hawai‘i program is a multilayered process designed to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community from trans-Pacific visitor and resident passengers arriving at airports/ports across the Islands. This enhanced entry into Hawai‘i includes a pre-travel testing program, the Mandatory State of Hawai‘i Travel and Health Form, and temperature screening at all Hawai‘i airports upon arrival. COVID Guidelines: Please make sure you know and follow the State of Hawai‘i Safe Travels Program so that your trip to Ocean Soul will be as smooth as possible.
COVID Cancellations: If you should have to cancel because of a positive COVID-19 test result and is within 72 hours – 14 days before check-in date please follow the steps below:
- Please fill out the COVID Cancellation Form which you will attach this positive COVID-19 test result.
- At that time we will review your cancellation request and respond accordingly. If everything checks out then you will be refunded the full amount or offer you the option to re-book your stay with us free of charge within 18 months of your original reservation.
Cancellations/Agreements For Channels
- If you booked through one of our channel managers please visit the channel manager (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.) to view their cancellations and terms for cancelling a booking. Each channel has their own cancellation and term policies. If you cannot locate their policies then please contact that channel to obtain more information on how to cancel your reservation. If you are still having difficulty then please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
